dim sum @ Jade Garden on New Year's Day!
We went at 11:00am. Got seated right away, ate lots of yummy food! Right at the time we were done, the electrcity to the entire Chinatown went out. I dont' think any of the businesses were happy that this happened on the busiest day of the year!
