Lan cooked dinner for us tonight. I added chili even though I'm suppose to cut out spicy. But come on, how can this not be spicy?
I really like the basil leaves with this soup.

Who's Lan?
Mama's friend. She didn't make much and I didn't realize she was making dinner until late. There wasn't much anyway.
Besides, Ivy said she wanted Vietnamese chicken noodle soup.
