Located across US Bank from Lincoln Tower in Bellevue, this tea house isn't really in prime location. It's behind the elevator and it really should have been across Tully's. I did enjoy my mango pearl shake. The ones I get in Chinatown has a much smoother consistency and no ice chucks. I hate ice chunks! Anyway, Neil had a Gemaichi ice tea and he didn't like it.
